01

Fees and funding

How does your fee structure work?

We focus on stabilizing organizations with funding before collecting consulting fees. Project and strategic plan development can be completed with no initial cost, and grant-writing fees are paid once grants are awarded. After funding is secured, we work with you to set the level of support you need.

Program or strategic plan development typically ranges from $10,000 to $30,000, completed with no initial cost. Grant writing ranges from $3,000 for small grants to $25,000+ for large multi-year grants. Training is $1,200 to $5,000 per session. See the pricing page for details.

We offer strategic plan development pro bono for qualifying nonprofit organizations, with final documentation funded through secured grants. Contact us to talk through whether your organization qualifies.
